What a registry ID tells you
Use a registry ID to see the facility’s current published record.
- C&D Verified
A current certification against an issued verification report. The verified rate is published.
- Certified with qualification
Certified, with a stated qualification on the scope or the evidence. The rate is published with that qualification.
- Suspended or expired
No current certification. The rate is withheld and the facility may not represent itself as verified.
- Applicant or reporting
Enrolled and reporting, but not yet certified. There is no verified rate to publish.
