Inbound allocation
Allocate each received ton to the controlled material taxonomy so the material ledger agrees with measured inbound tonnage.

C&D Verified measures your facility’s recovery performance from its own weighbridge records. An accredited verifier tests the evidence behind it before CMRD publishes the rate and the period it covers.
The same measurement, evidence and decision rules apply to every processing line.
Every published rate follows the same evidence chain.
Allocate each received ton to the controlled material taxonomy so the material ledger agrees with measured inbound tonnage.
Record the physical work performed without treating crushing, grinding, baling or sorting as a recovery outcome.
Assign every outbound ton an outcome and name where it went. Disposition, not processing, determines recovery treatment.
Attach the tickets, settlements, manifests and destination records that support each claimed outcome.
Test allocation, inventory continuity, evidence coverage and mass balance before a month can advance.
An accredited verifier samples transactions, tests destinations and records findings independently of the facility.
CMRD makes the certification decision separately from the verifier who issued the report.
Publish the verified rate with its scope, period, Standard version and current certification state.
Verified never exceeds evidence-supported, which never exceeds reported.
The recovery rate your facility reports from its disposition records.
The reported rate after unsupported recovery claims have been removed.
The evidence-supported rate after independent testing, findings and any verifier adjustments.
A distinctly labelled calculation compatible with LEED diversion treatment. It is not the CMRD verified rate.
Look up what a material, process or disposition means and what credit it can earn.
Beginning inventory + inbound = outbound + ending inventory + accounted process adjustment + unexplained variance.
The registry states current standing as plainly as certification.
The facility is enrolled but has no published verified rate.
The facility is submitting records and has not yet been certified.
A current certification decision supports publication of the verified rate.
The rate is published with a clearly stated limitation or condition.
Certification is not current; the registry shows no current verified rate.
The certification period ended; the historical record remains visible without a current rate.
Certification was withdrawn and no current verified claim may be made.
The evidence or findings did not support certification; no verified rate is published.
CMRD is not approved, endorsed, recognised or accredited by USGBC or GBCI. A LEED-compatible rate means only that the rate is calculated on a basis compatible with LEED rules.
The Standard requires a documented LEED crosswalk before CMRD seeks any approval. That pathway remains an open item; no approval has been sought or granted. §26.2
